Paleros is a beautiful town on the west coast of Greece by the Ionian sea, just 30 minutes from the island of Lefkada. Paleros has all the amenities one could wish for in a destination: great outdoors, a variety of activities, restaurants, cafes, and lively nightlife. It is also very inviting for families and/or quiet vacations. It’s is considered to be a hidden gem, having such great islands just a few short minutes away.

• Agios Ioannis beach, located in the neighboring village of Pogonia, is immaculate for those who prefer a less crowded and tranquil time on the beach. It’s a small pebbly beach with deep clear waters, surrounded by a green hill.

• For the ones who love snorkeling and diving; make sure to visit the beaches of Agia Paraskevi, Adelfonisia, and Agios Nikolaos.
